What shipping options are available ? We mainly ship using registered mail.It is very reliable and cost affordable method.It can be also insured,what we recommend when purchasing expensive specimens or orders above 500$.Insurance is available for example to USA,Japan,most of European countries,etc.
How long does usualy shipping take ? In most siatuations shipping take about 5-7 days in Europe and 10-21 days for other worldwide destinations.Some delay is available,especialy arround Christmas,New Year and some other holidays.
What are shipping costs ? Shipping fee is calculated automaticaly regarding buyers destinations,in most situations is accurate,for some larger orders or more heavy specimens it may varry a bit,we will notify buyer if this happens.
Do you ship realy worldwide ? We have customers from many various parts of the world and make more less no exceptions where we ship to.We only take right to cancel orders and do not ship to countries with common credit card frauds as Nigeria,etc.
How are specimens packed to avoid any damage ? We realy take time and make as possible careful packing with bubble wrap,cartoon and other packing material regarding concrete items.We succesfuly ship even such fragile specimens as Kermesite,Chalcotrichite and simillar type of specimens.
What payment methods do you offer ? Buyers have realy wide range of payment options to use,starting with most common used paypal,moneybookers,credit cards,bank wire,money order,checks.
I do not have Paypal.Can I use just credit card ? You can use simply credit card using 2checkout.com option,which works as regular credit card gateway,you need no account,just fill out credit card informations,adress and in few seconds payment is done.
Can I use bank draft ? Of course bank wire is available,we will provide our IBAN if necessary.There are no extra charges for buyers.
Do you offer money back guarantee ? Of course we offer 30 days money back guarantee.Returned items have to be returned in same packing as received to avoid damage and shipped back.We recommend sending them without declared value to avoid problems with our customs.We will refund money regarding payment option used for purchase,either paypal or 2checkout refund,bank,etc.
Do I receive specimen as shown on the picture ? Except few items which are exactly described as multiple quantity items most specimens are unique items,so buyer receive exactly specimen as pictured.We know that some sellers do replacements,but we DO NOT.Every our specimen has unique item number which is sticked on the piece to avoid any mistake or replacements,so please be sure you receive what you see on the photo.If mistake happens,please believe it is not on purposse ańd contact us,we will clear situation immediately.
How do I know,if specimen is still available for sale ? We did our best to avoid situation that same specimen is sold within short time period to more buyers.In our old shop version this happened sometimes,in our new shop all is arranged,that such situation would be very rare,once specimen is ordered and order submited,specimen is hidden in shop and marked in database as sold,no one else is able to order it anymore.In 99.9% you can be sure,if you see specimen with available status and containg button "add to cart",specimen is realy available for sale.
