Payment terms:
We accept following payments:

- Credit or debit cards,e-check (via 2co.com gateway.More at www.2co.com )
- Paypal (credit cards via Paypal.More at www.paypal.com )
- Money order,cashiers checks,checks(must clear before we ship)
- Moneybookers.com (supports domestic bank transfer,credit card,etc.More at www.moneybookers.com)
- Bank draft
- Cash (in registered mail upon own risk)

Please ask us advance if you need some other form of payment to make.If buyer doesn´t provide direct payment with order,we will send afterwards invoice with payment instructions for paypal,credit cards,check or bank payment.We hold unpaid order for few days than return items back for sale.

We DO NOT collect or store buyers secrete card informations ! The whole payment procces made by card is provided by 2checkout.com (or paypal) on their secure servers.We do not have any acces to such secrete informations.At our website database is stored only your adress which we use for invoicing and shipping.

Failed orders
Failed or unpaid orders may appear on our blacklist.Please think before providing order,every joke order or orders when customer doesn´t respond will be listed in blacklist - list of customers which failed to pay.

Shipping terms

We provide shipping by registered airmail since it´s only one reasonable way to ship promptly and for acceptable costs.DHL,UPS and simillar are very expensive from our destination,but upon request we can arrange it although my opinion is that it´s useful to do it.Registered mail is very reliable service and since 2002 we have registered only 2-3 lost parcels.Every parcel is basicaly insured for value up to about 60$.

Some countries as for example USA,Japan,Australia,most of European countries may be shipped with insurance,every supported country will have second shipping option at final checkout form.If your country is not supported by this method,simply ask us,we may find some other solution for you,using EMS,etc.Most of parcels we ship by normal registered mail,however for higher value parcels customers should decide themselves which method they wish to use.

Usualy we ship within 2-5 days if we are not away,due to bussines trips some delay is available,but in most situation we do our best to provide shipping maximum within 10 days from the day when order was received or approved.Please calculate in certain situations is not possible to ship parcel immediately.Thanks for understanding.

Arrival is usualy about 5-10 days for european destinations,7-21 days for other worldwide destinations.(For US customers: In most situations parcels arrive within 7-14 days,but better to calculate with some more days,delay on custom,etc.Our experience is,that in 2-3 days parcels arrive to NY ,so mostly any delay is caused by USPS,not by our Czech Post)

Our shipping calculator is working now based on weight of specimens,but please calculate it may not work exact in some situations.If any problem occur,we will notify buyers and clear it afterwards.


Our fees is based on weight and uses following prices for our shipping calculator:

To Europe: up to 100 gr 6$,up to 250 gr 8$,up to 500 gr 12$,up to 1 kg 16$,up to 2 kg 25$

Worldwide:up to 100 gr 6,up to 250 gr 8$,up to 500 gr 13$,up to 1 kg 20$,up to 2 kg 35$

Free shipping offers are not available for dealer orders as well for orders with special requested discounts.

Insured parcels:To certain countries we may ship parcels insured for full value,if your country is supported,there will be additional shipping class available at checkout form called "Registered mail full insured".Becouse most of insured parcels has to be shipped as goods parcel and not as normal letter,price is more expensive for such option as rate starts at 1 kg of weight.Some smaller specimens may be shipped insured as letter,but all depends on size of parcel,it must fit in special envelop of our postal service company,so we may not tell it advance.Our shipping calculator will calculate price as for parcel.If you are not sure,we recommend to provide only order,we confirm,what will be fee for your concrete insured parcel. 

In most situations shipping fee which is calculated during order is price you will be charged by us.For dealer orders or some larger quantity it may varry little bit.If you feel,that shipping costs are not correct,please simply provide order without direct payment,we will check your items and confirm final price shortly to you.

Refund policy:
We offer refund less shipping costs if material is safely shipped back and received by us within 30 days.Items must be exactly in same conditions,not damaged and carefuly packed.We recommend that you inform us via email if you plan to request refund.

IMPORTANT:
Refunds for purchases provided via 2co.com: (deducted 5% and shipping costs from purchase price)
Refund is available,but becouse we are charged transaction fee even if refund is made,from refunded amount will be deducted transaction fee 5% and shipping costs.If you do not agree,please select rather Paypal.In this case we will deduct only shipping costs from refunded price.

Tax and custom fees responsibility
Customers outside EU comunity are responsible for any import fees,taxes and related charges.
